       My Parchment Journey

Inspiration

Picture
Throughout my journeys across the internet, there are many thing that I find, which I deem inspirational. I thought that this area would be the perfect area to share some of those things that I find.
Some of them are sad, some funny... some just make you really think. I believe that these are good processes for all of us as humans to reflect and think on in some form.

Feel free to email me with anything else that you might stumble upon that you think I may find inspirational as well.

So, to start with - we have two very different women opening the inspirational floor, from very different backgrounds; Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat Pray Love, and JK Rowling. There is also an incredibly real interview with JK Rowling conducted by Oprah that you can watch here: The Leaky Cauldron. I highly recommend watching this - but it is 40 minutes long, and it will flash before your eyes.

Born like an artist

Now, I have no idea who drew this, or came up with it - as the actual text on the page is in Norwegian, but this is an incredibly inspirational image for any artist to read and reflect on. Amazing.  It's called 'Born Like An Artist' - and its a beautiful cartoon strip of a little girl with a wonderful dream - and muse.
Just click on the title or image, and it will take you to the heart of an amazing mind.
